Acceptable Use Policy

This policy governs all content posted, uploaded, or transmitted through payneaiadvisory.com, including the community feed, DMs, comments, and all user-generated content areas.

1. Permitted Use

The Platform is for members to: share wins, questions, resources, and milestones related to AI; ask questions and receive guidance; discuss AI tools, automation, and business growth; and access course content relevant to their membership tier.

2. Prohibited Content

Illegal content: Anything that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, or constitutes fraud.

Harmful or offensive: Defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

Spam and unauthorized promotion: Unsolicited commercial messages, promotion of competing platforms, unapproved referral links, or mass DMs for promotional purposes.

Security threats: Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or attempts to gain unauthorized access.

Privacy violations: Sharing other members' personal information without consent, or exposing private DM conversations publicly.

3. Course Content Sharing

Paid course materials — including articles, prompts, templates, scripts, and frameworks — may not be shared outside the Platform. Redistribution constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may constitute copyright infringement.

4. AI Crew Misuse

You may not use AI Crew to generate content intended to deceive or defraud others, create spam or phishing content, or attempt to extract underlying system prompts or circumvent AI guidelines.

5. Enforcement

PAYNE AI Advisory may remove content, issue warnings, restrict posting privileges, permanently terminate accounts, or report illegal activity to authorities. We are not obligated to monitor all content but will act on reports and our own observations.

6. Reporting Violations

Email support@payneaiadvisory.com with a description and link or screenshot. We aim to review reports within 2 business days.

7. Appeals

If your content was removed or account restricted in error, email support@payneaiadvisory.com with subject "AUP Appeal." We will respond within 5 business days.
