Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. How to Cancel

Cancel anytime through your account dashboard: Profile → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or by emailing billing@payneaiadvisory.com.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date.

2. After Cancellation

  • Access to paid content ends at the end of the billing period
  • Your account reverts to FREE tier
  • Community posts remain unless you request deletion
  • You may re-subscribe at any time at the then-current price

3. Refund Policy — Monthly Subscriptions

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Subscribers)

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial payment. Contact billing@payneaiadvisory.com. This guarantee applies once per account.

After 7 Days

Monthly charges are non-refundable after the 7-day window. Cancelling mid-period does not entitle you to a prorated refund.

Forgotten Renewals

If you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge, we will issue a full refund and cancel. This applies once per account per 12-month period.

4. Refund Policy — One-Time Purchases

  • Accelerator Core Program ($997) — 14-day money-back guarantee from purchase date
  • Scale System ($5,000+) — Refunds governed by signed engagement agreement
  • Strategy Calls ($49) — Non-refundable once call is scheduled

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Account termination for violation of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Failure to use the Platform after subscribing
  • Requests outside the windows stated above

6. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@payneaiadvisory.com with subject "Refund Request — [your account email]" and your reason. We aim to process requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds return to original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in account suspension pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — we resolve billing issues fairly and promptly.
