This agreement governs your participation in the PAYNE AI Advisory community, including the feed, DMs, AI Crew access, leaderboard, quizzes, and all member features on payneaiadvisory.com.
FREE — AI Fundamentals content, community feed viewing, AI Crew DM access, basic quiz access.
BASIC ($29/mo) — All FREE features plus full community posting, member DMs, Prompt Engineering + Make Money With AI modules, Study Center, resource downloads.
PRO ($99/mo) — All BASIC features plus Business AI Use Cases, Content Engines, AI Income Map, closing scripts, advanced templates, private PRO channels.
VIP ($199+/mo) — All PRO features plus Agency OS, white-label playbook, weekly live sessions, 1:1 onboarding call, direct team access.
By participating you agree to:
Violations may result in content removal, posting restrictions, or permanent account termination without refund.
Content you post remains yours. By posting, you grant PAYNE AI Advisory a license to display it on the Platform and use it anonymously in marketing. We will request permission before using your content in paid advertising.
AI Crew (AVA, Sentry, Forge, Maxi) are automated assistants. Conversations may be used in aggregate, anonymized form to improve AI quality. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information in AI DMs.
XP, levels, badges, and leaderboard rankings have no monetary value. PAYNE AI Advisory reserves the right to adjust the gamification system at any time without compensation.
Memberships are for individual use only. Sharing credentials is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
Upon cancellation, access to paid content ends at the close of the current billing period. Community posts you created remain on the Platform but may be requested for deletion by contacting us.
