These Terms govern your access to and use of payneaiadvisory.com and the PAYNE AI Advisory Platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information at registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@payneaiadvisory.com of any unauthorized access.

3. Membership Tiers and Access

The Platform offers FREE, BASIC, PRO, and VIP tiers. Features and content vary by tier. We reserve the right to modify tier features with reasonable notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, articles, videos, quizzes, frameworks, AI Crew personas, branding, and Platform design are owned by PAYNE AI Advisory. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or sell our content without written permission. Content you post in the community remains yours; by posting you grant us a license to display it on the Platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating any applicable law or regulation
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Posting harmful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Spamming or sending unauthorized commercial messages
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying course content for redistribution

6. AI Crew Disclaimer

AVA, Sentry, Forge, and Maxi are automated AI assistants. Their responses do not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. Always exercise independent judgment before making business decisions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAYNE AI Advisory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAYNE AI Advisory from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time through account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
